  1. Q Is this shockproof?
    A please allow me to say a little more about this question. We have done a professional drop test. The test height is 1m. Except for the appearance wear, the rest are normal. So please don't think of it as a ball or stilt. It's just a Bluetooth speaker.
  2. Q my speaker has blown out in under 60 days...now what??? am i screwed??
    A From the product page - you can get help. "SOWO Service: 30 Day Returns+18 months of after-sales service+24 hours of service from SOWO after-sales team"
  3. Q Can the surge boom 3 tws with the surge boom 2?
    A I don't have Surgeboom 2, but since both surgeboom 2 and 3 support TWS, there is no reason why you you couldn't pair both.
  4. Q Can i pair with a jbl speaker
    A I have never tried it, but I doubt it very much. It is written that you can pair it with another SAME model speaker. Not any other maker or model.
  5. Q Can i play my usb drive
    A No. This is not a smart device or computer, it is a speaker and a battery to charge a phone (for example) in one unit. To play the USB stick you need to insert it into a device which can play it and then connect to this speaker.
  6. Q if the battery runs out, can the speaker play while charging?
    A Please see my full review, it addresses that and many other things. Here is a snippet: "NOTE: I was unable to pair the speaker via Bluetooth while it was charging. The Bluetooth kept immediately disconnecting as I was trying to pair it to my phone. However, if the speaker was already paired, I was able to play through it while it was charging. I've never had that issue with my other Bluetooth speakers. Not a big deal but worth noting."
  7. Q Does it come with a charger?
    A No, but it is convenient in that I can use the charger for my android phone.
  8. Q Is there a mute button if you are using this as a speakerphone for calls?
    A I use this primarily as an outside speaker to scare off crows when I see them but I had my wife call me while listening to music. I do not believe there is a "mute" button per se; her voice was combined with the music when she called. Sorry
  9. Q will this fit in a standard bicycle water bottle cage?
    A Not sure but it is about the size of a small thermos (3 1/2 to 4") so possibly.
  10. Q Can i change the colors of the leds or will they just randomly cycle between colors?
    A according to the instructions, if you push the power button twice while the speaker is playing you can cycle through 3 light themes: gradient changing light, breathing light (not sure what that means), and no light.
  11. Q I want a stronger bass. How about this one?
    A It's OK,I see two wide passive radiators,very strong bass, highly recommended.
  12. Q How loud is this speaker?I'd like to use it outdoors.
    A I've used it indoors and outdoors. It's good and loud enough. My son always plays.
  13. Q Can the lights be turned off?
    A Yes,double-click the power button to turn it off. These states can provide power savings when you turn it off.
